The door, on 4 castors, also has a detachable vac-form window (with timber frame) on rising butt hinges that also opens.

Originally built for HELLO DOLLY and used again in CINDERELLA and FROZEN JR.
These stairs are in two halves and behind each step (faced with tough polycarbonate) are programmable pixel tape LEDs. The LEDs are controllable from a DMX lighting console via an included Arduino (mounted under the stairs), with each step having its own discrete channel/fixture ID.
The handrails are detachable.
When assembled the stairs are 4 feet (1200mm) wide at the top step and 6 feet (1800mm) at the bottom. The top step is 6 ft 6 ins high

Approx 1800mm long, 750mm wide and under 2m tall, this carriage is complete with programmable LED pixel tape as visible in the pic.
All that is needed is a suitable high capacity 12v battery source (sits under the seat) and a wireless DMX setup and the self contained unit can move across stage with ease.
